Olivia is at the age where she shares personal information with total strangers. She will tell a waitress all about her day if asked "how are you doing?".
Today, Olivia went out to run errands with her daddy. Michael realized that Olivia hadn't had a bath yet, but they continued on to Lowes. As the greeter welcomed them into Lowes, they were asked "how are you doing today?" Olivia replied "my daddy forgot to bathe me today."
That made the greeter's day.

Most Dangerous place
While walking across the parking lot, I told Olivia that she needed to hold my hand. "The parking lot is the most dangerous place for you," I said.
Olivia replied, "No, mommy, the savannah is the most dangerous place for me. There are lions there and a giraffe that spits in your face. And it is hot there; there are not many lakes."
I stand corrected.

What would you like to watch?
Our family enjoys watching the Food Network, especially Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (Triple D) with Guy Fieri.
This morning Michael says "Well, Olivia e have 3 episodes of Guy Fieri to watch. Which one would you like to watch?"
Olivia's response: "Smurfs"

Kindergarten
Before school started, Olivia's school had kindergarten orientation. The parents stayed in the cafe while students were escorted to their classrooms by the teachers. Next, parents were escorted to the classrooms while the kindergarten students were taken on a tour of the building.
I had to leave to go to my school and Olivia and her Dad finished the day. I picked Olivia up from day camp that afternoon and asked her what she thought about kindergarten and her teacher. She said " well, we found our seats and the teacher gave us a paper to color and we colored. And that is what kindergarten is all about. Coloring ."
